Use of Background Location Data

Our Application uses background location data to provide location-based reminders. This data is collected and processed to ensure reminders trigger accurately based on your specified location, even when the app is not actively in use.

• Purpose: Background location data is used exclusively to support the functionality of location-based reminders. It is not used for any other purpose, such as marketing or data sharing with third parties.
• Data Security: We implement industry-standard measures to protect the location data we collect and ensure it is used solely for the purposes stated.
• User Control: You have full control over whether to grant or revoke location permissions through your device settings. Revoking these permissions will disable location-based reminders, but all other features of the app will remain functional.
• Data Retention: Location data is stored only for the duration necessary to provide location-based reminders and is deleted promptly thereafter.

By enabling location reminders, you consent to the collection and processing of location data as described above. You may disable this feature at any time through the Application or your device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
• To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when used to strengthen security or improve functionality of Our Service, or when we are legally obligated to retain it for longer periods.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. • Cloud Backup: If you opt to use cloud storage, your data is uploaded to third-party servers. Review their privacy policies for more info.
• Access and Use: We do not access or share backup data. You control when to create, store, or delete it.
• Your Responsibility: You're responsible for securing your backups. We are not liable for loss or unauthorized access.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. While we use commercially acceptable methods to protect it, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
